These terms cover purchases made on millimount.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've written them in plain English because that's more useful than pages of fine print nobody reads.
Every MilliMount bracket is custom-made to order using the siding measurements you provide. We 3D print each bracket after your order is placed — there is no inventory of pre-made brackets waiting on a shelf. Your measurements determine what gets printed, which is why we can guarantee a flush fit when the measurements are right.
The fit of your bracket depends entirely on the two measurements you enter at checkout:
Please measure carefully before ordering. The configurator on our homepage shows a live cross-section drawing that updates as you adjust the sliders — use it to confirm the geometry looks right for your wall before you buy.
We cannot be responsible for brackets that don't fit because incorrect measurements were entered. If you're unsure how to measure, email us at hello@millimount.com before ordering and we'll help.
If you provided accurate measurements and your bracket still doesn't fit flush against your siding, contact us and we'll make it right — either by printing a replacement or issuing a refund. This is our core promise.
To make a fit claim, email hello@millimount.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the bracket against your siding and the measurements you entered. We'll get back to you promptly.

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are typically printed and shipped within a few business days of purchase. We'll send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We never see or store your card information.
All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the full delivered price — bracket plus shipping, no surprises at the end.
MilliMount is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hoselink. "Hoselink," "Hoselink Classic," and "Hoselink Evolve" are trademarks of Hoselink Pty Ltd. We use these names solely to describe compatibility — our brackets are designed to mount Hoselink-brand retractable hose reels on lap siding. This is nominative fair use.
MilliMount's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to your home, siding, or property resulting from installation or use of our brackets.
Our brackets are designed to mount a Hoselink hose reel on exterior lap siding using appropriate fasteners into wall framing. Proper installation is the customer's responsibility. If you're unsure about the installation, consult a contractor.
Except for the fit guarantee described above, MilliMount brackets are provided as-is. We make no warranties beyond what's stated here. Our brackets are printed from high-quality PETG or ASA filament selected for outdoor durability, but like any plastic product, prolonged UV exposure and extreme temperatures will eventually cause wear. They are not intended for use in structural load-bearing applications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where the owner resides, or by binding arbitration if both parties agree.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated effective date. If you placed an order before a change, the terms in effect at the time of your order apply to it.
